Check the labels and avoid ingredients with high level of sugar, trans fats or long “chemical names” that are hard to pronounce.
The healthiest food are those found just as nature intended – whole and unprocessed.
A good first tip when looking at food labels is not to choose a product that contains more than 5 ingredients. When was the last time you saw an ingredient list on a stalk of broccoli or a fresh filet of fish?
